Our client, is a startup in signage advertising, is seeking to hire a Sales Executive, who will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing and nurturing relationships with key clients in the signage and (POP) industry. This role involves overseeing client projects from concept through execution, ensuring that client needs are met, deadlines are adhered to, and products are delivered to the highest standards. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities for billboard advertising, signage, fabrication and branding.
  • Source for new clients through activations, meetings, referrals, site visits, cold-calling and all forms of sales prospecting.
  • Client Service -Presenting sales pitches to clients, following up on closure of sales to endure business revenue generation and updating clients on work progress.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively seeking out leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in various industries including retail, real estate, entertainment, and more.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their advertising goals, target audiences, and marketing budget.
  • Following up on client invoicing and payments and present monthly sales reviews to the Management.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of signage and POP projects from start to finish.
  • Meet allocated sales targets by proactively engaging in sales activities, with all performance measured against sales targets.
  • Manage the sales process, all the way from identification of a client, towards closing and signing of Sale Agreements.
  • Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, and deals of the month.
  • Ensure all signage and POP products meet quality standards and client specifications before delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in outdoor advertising and industry best practices.
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years demonstrable sales experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role within the signage, advertising, or printing industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their advertising needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to work with top-tier clients.
  • Travel required for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and project management tools will be an added advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sales challenges
