Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven person to join their team in the role of Assistant Operations Officer. This role involves supporting the smooth execution of advertising campaigns and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and executing advertising projects
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Liaising with clients and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • Streamlining internal processes for greater efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field certifications
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management in the advertising industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
