Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven person to join their team in the role of Assistant Operations Officer. This role involves supporting the smooth execution of advertising campaigns and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and executing advertising projects
- Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Liaising with clients and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance
- Streamlining internal processes for greater efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field certifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management in the advertising industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
