Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage high staff turnover
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
