Revenue/ Reservations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing & Revenue Management
- Set daily/weekly/monthly prices based on demand, seasonality, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all units.
- Adjust minimum stays, restrictions, and promotions (e.g., Genius, lastminute, earlybird discounts, custom promotions).
- Manage occupancy goals and revenue targets on all our booking platforms.
- Optimization (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.)
- Improve listing ranking by optimizing:
- Titles, descriptions, photos
- Amenities
- Policies
- Review responses
- Ensure availability calendars are perfectly synced. Performance Monitoring & Competitor Market Analysis
- Track and report:
- Impressions
- Clickthrough rate (CTR)
- Conversion rate
- Booking trends
- Revenue per listing (RevPAR)
- Occupancy percentages
- Identify listings performing poorly and provide solutions.
- Monitor competitor rates in real time.
- Analyze local occupancy trends and events (holidays, conferences, seasons).
- Conduct monthly benchmarking reports.
- CrossTeam Collaboration
- Work with the reservations team to adjust prices based on demand patterns.
- Make recommendations to management on portfolio improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or shortterm rental operations
- Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, and OTA performance metrics
- Experience with dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
