Our client is looking for Customer Service Agents. The Main Objective of this role will be to co-ordinate and communicate with customers to achieve the objective of the organizations.
Responsibilities:
- The customer Service Agent will work closely with customers to communicate and co-ordinate work related activities in order to achieve the company’s objectives.
- You will also be required to build trust and relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
- You will be required to keep accurate records as well as investigate and resolve any complaints.
Please note that selected candidates will undergo a training for one week before commencing their duties.
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelors Degree in any business-related field
- Proficiency in Computer
- 1 years’ experience
- 30 WPM typing speed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and in Kiswahili
- Knowledge of Computer skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Ability to work in shifts
