City Seasons Al Hamra is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front Office Supervisor to strengthen our Front Office team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest service and who are keen to advance their careers in a busy hotel environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel front-office role is required.
  • Opera system experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
  • Strong guest service orientation and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skilled at handling guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
