Marketing Associate

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative, territory-specific marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all product lines.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing activities, ensuring all franchise sites and marketing materials align with the Jibu brand standards.
- Coordinate digital marketing and social media activities.
- Plan and coordinate activations, events, and promotional campaigns (ATL & BTL).
- Work with agency partners and franchisees to deliver marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets.
- Support in designing marketing collateral aligned with Jibu’s brand and assisting franchisees with localized materials.
- Track campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities for management review.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide support and direction to franchisees on all marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic skills in budgeting and project coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) will be an added advantage.
