Specific Responsibilities:
- Handle guest arrivals as per pick-up requests. Ensure transportation is well coordinated for all guests arriving via the airport.
- Assist with guest luggage as and when required
- Conducts a briefing to the guests and assists them into their transportation.
- Ensure their is clear communication between office and field teams regarding guest in transit.
- Provide accurate guest briefings on their immediate related activities.
- Be the first point of contact at the arrival point for all scheduled flight landings and assist incoming guests with airport logistics.
- Update all additional instructions regarding guests &/or related to guests in the logbook
- Update any logistical changes to the chain of command as and when it occurs.
- Create & maintain a good relationship with the necessary networks around the airport, such as airline personnel, immigration & custom officers etc, with the aim of facilitating seamless execution of duties.
Minimum requirements
- Diploma in Tour Operations/Customer Care
- Proficient in English and German Languages. Knowledge in any other foreign language(s) will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work within a flexible schedule
- 2 years’ experience in Hospitality/Tourism Sector within the same capacity
- Strong Customer Service and Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Highly developed sense of integrity
- Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction
- Good time Management Skills
Accountant

Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Financial Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems).
- Record journal entries and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding payments.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and bank transactions.
Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file statutory returns (e.g., VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, and corporate tax) in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) requirements.
- Keep updated on changes in tax regulations.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements).
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Audit and Internal Controls:
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Payroll Processing
- Prepare payroll and ensure accurate deductions and statutory contributions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification — at least CPA Part II or fully qualified.
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a Kenyan organization.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP).
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and statutory compliance.

Minimum requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Tour Operations/Tourism & Hospitality Management/Customer Service/PR
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Tour operator/Hospitality industry.
- Must be a fluent German-speaker or any other foreign language skills will also be considered.
- Strong customer service and excellent inter-personal skills across all levels
- Excellent time management & problem-solving ability
- Self-confidence, pleasant, outgoing nature, and good grooming
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Mombasa geographical routings, hotels, and restaurants.
- Flexibility and willingness to work long, irregular hours.
