Purpose for Account Manager Job

To achieve the divisional objectives, under Client Relations and Scheme Retention.

Duties and Responsiblities

  • Ensure renewals are carried out within 60 days to renewal date.
  • Organize and attend renewal meetings and include all value-adding riders and features.
  • Ensure clients queries are handled within two days or earlier.
  • Organize and attend review meetings as per the service level agreements. Followed by minutes or file notes within agreed time lines, and ensuring all action items are actioned accordingly.
  • Business retention of 100% within allocated portfolio with organic growth of 10% per year
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Collect all premiums within 30 days of cover placement.
  • Conduct at least one member education session for all allocated accounts per year.

  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Insurance.

Professional and Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
  • Diploma in insurance.
