The role

Reporting to the Branch Manager/Executive Center Manager, the successful jobholder will be expected to:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients, offering personalized banking and wealth solutions aligned to their financial goals.
  • Acquire and onboard new HNW clients, strengthening our client base through strategic business development and strong relationship building.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, regularly reviewing client portfolios and ensuring solutions remain suitable and aligned to their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate across teams, including wealth, credit, operations, and product houses, to deliver seamless, end-to-end banking experiences.
  • Champion service excellence, providing proactive support and advice that embeds client loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Build a personal and professional profile in your region, networking strategically to attract business and enhance the Executive Banking brand.

Executive Relationship Manager – Executive Banking Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

The successful jobholder will be required to possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. A master’s degree and/or professional qualifications in financial planning or investment management will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in Relationship Management, Sales, and Customer Service—preferably in Premium, Business, or Corporate Banking.
  • Understanding of financial advisory principles, customer lifecycle management, and credit fundamentals.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
