Worktops Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation of kitchen worktops including cutting, fitting, polishing, and finishing.
- Manage and coordinate installation teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion.
- Interpret layout drawings and installation plans, providing direction to workers as needed.
- Inspect sites before, during, and after installation to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure proper use and care of materials and tools on-site.
- Coordinate with the project manager, designers, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain safety standards and enforce compliance with site protocols.
- Attend scheduled site meetings and provide reports
Worktops Supervisor Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with or supervising installations involving granite, quartz, sintered stone, marble, tiles, or other natural stones.
- Proven supervisory experience in a construction or interior installation environment.
- Strong technical understanding of material handling, cutting, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
