Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of quality services of the Online Branch in line with the Institute standards, policies, procedures and processes.
  • Allocate work and supervise staff and Online Lecturers to ensure smooth operations and seamless online service delivery of the branch.
  • Steer and supervise marketing initiatives of the Online Branch to promote KIM’s products, including Online courses, certifications and Membership products leveraging on digital platforms.
  • Communicate customer and Online learner needs to the relevant department within the Institute.
  • Manage the branch’s Online learning infrastructure, ensuring tools like LMS, virtual classrooms and students’ portals are effectively and properly utilized.
  • Prepare periodic reports on Online Branch progress such as Revenue growth and collection, students’ numbers, Marketing activities and membership.
  • Represent the senior management at the branch through communicating decisions made and the Institute’s policies at the branch level and Online learning initiatives.
  • Approve imprest for the branch operations.
  • Responsible for student welfare to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture their talent.
  • Chair the students’ welfare committee.
  • Oversee the Institute exams process at the branch to ensure timeliness and integrity of the process.
  • Responsible for overseeing admission, progression and retention of students to all KIM’s programs with a focus on Online Education.

Branch Manager Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field.
  • Member of KIM.
  • Six years cumulative experience, 5 years in which should be in a Managerial role.
