The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and execution of projects that support PharmAccess’ solution strategies. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with PharmAccess’ goals. The Senior Project Manager Clinical Operations works closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to create market visibility, drive adoption, and ensure sustainability of solutions, where possible.

Project Manager Key responsibilities
Project planning & execution
- Lead the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with PharmAccess’ strategic objectives.
- Oversee the successful execution of projects, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure high-quality project execution by facilitating continuous learning and knowledge-sharing.
Stakeholder & partnership engagement
- Conduct market and stakeholder analyses to inform project implementation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Represent PharmAccess in relevant forums, advocating for innovative healthcare solutions.
Innovation & scalability
- Develop key project deliverables to support healthcare innovation and ensure long-term sustainability, where possible.
- Stay informed on digital health trends, innovations, and emerging market disruptors.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful solutions and integrating them into broader healthcare systems.
Resource & team management
- Oversee and coordinate project team members, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Manage budget and negotiate contracts with local partners
- Foster a collaborative team culture that supports innovation and high performance.
Monitoring, Reporting & Resource Mobilization
- Track project progress and impact, ensuring alignment with key objectives and milestones.
- Support donor reporting, proposal development, and pitch presentations.
- Ensure clear documentation and communication of project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations.
Escalation & Problem Resolution
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Work closely with leadership to resolve challenges and ensure successful project implementation.
Project Manager Qualifications
- Proven experience (10+ years) in healthcare project management, preferably in digital health
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems as well as clinical and financial challenges related to Universal Healthcare Coverage
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership management, and strategic execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
