Scope of Work:

SharePoint update for T4D related guidance

  • Develop (content and design) a new Digital Programming knowledge hub on SharePoint, covering Tech. Playbook, IDIOM and other tools. Develop a cohesive narrative for how the tools support different aspects of digital programming. Solicit and incorporate feedback from regional and country offices. Focus on ease of discoverability and adoption, as well as alignment with global Enterprise Content Management (ECM) guidance, and other key KM resources in the organization on T4D/digital programming and innovation, such as PPPX and Innovation Resource Channel. Ensure alignment across various T4D related SharePoint across the organization.

Community management: Promotion of and engagement on updated SharePoint page

  • Conduct outreach activities to promote the SharePoint site, e.g. through ICON, Yammer, ICTD Newsletters, Webinars, etc. Establish metrics to track site visits and use. Continuously improve the site based on user feedback. Develop content to promote the updated resources at the T4D TeamOne training in January 2025.

Support development of the ‘digital programming guidebook’ and other digital programming tools/guidance: Design and implement an intuitive SharePoint structure and content for the digital programming guidebook and other key tools, such as Djenga software maturity assessment.

Knowledge management governance for T4D: Establish processes for continuous maintenance and governance of the Digital Programming Knowledge Hub and associated knowledge management resources, in collaboration with the T4D teams in ROs.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • A Bachelors university degree in International Development, Economics, Business, Media and Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience working in UNICEF T4D is required
  • Experience in working with UNICEF country offices on the deployment of technology products is required
  • Experience in knowledge management (ideally using SharePoint) and community engagement is required
  • Experience in developing tools and guidance (such as work aids and templates) for UN users
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
