Position : Warehouse Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. Ideal candidates should be able to supervise employees, coordinate logistical processes, ensure the quality of goods, and prepare relevant documentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities2. Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity3. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials4. Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels5. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy6. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation7. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations8. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds9. Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment10. Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

REQUIREMENTS:1. High school diploma or GED required2. Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred3. Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position4. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management5. Time management skills and the ability to delegate6. Excellent leadership and organizational skills7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
