 What you will do

  • Achieve Sales Targets: meet and exceed sales targets in terms of volume, gross margin, and value.
  • Work Planning: Prepare and execute a detailed work plan, maintaining self-discipline in daily routines and follow-ups with customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and development customers, ensuring continuous business development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Distributor Sales Representatives and the Puratos Sales team to achieve targets collaboratively.
  • Strategy Execution: Implement company strategies and initiatives, including Innovation Days and specific programs for key customers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the customer portfolio.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations for new and existing customers.
  • Reporting: Provide regular activity reports to the Sales Channel Manager.

What we expect from you

  • Certificate, diploma or degree in marketing, business or related field diploma
  • Bakery diploma and/or experience preferred.
  • Experience in sales, in the food industry, bakery, pastry, chocolate, agri-food (or equivalent) sector preferred.
  • Desired experience with improvers
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Mobility required: regular travel within the country.
  • Able to evolve in an international organization.
  • Very autonomous and rigorous in the follow-up of files
  • Humble, open and a great listener
  • Good communicator (written and oral)
  • Able to think critically and make decisions.
  • Proactive and charismatic, influential and knows how to sell his ideas and get people to buy into them.
