Responsibilities:
You will support;
Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and connect with potential clients from the African diaspora seeking real estate investment opportunities in Kenya.
- Build and nurture relationships through various channels to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct outreach and calls to understand client needs and aspirations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's unique financial goals and investment preferences.
- Provide expert advice on Kenyan property market trends, pricing, and legalities.
- Build trust and maintain ongoing communication throughout the entire sales process.
Sales & Deal Facilitation:
- Present suitable real estate options that align with client needs and budget.
- Collaborate with developers to secure lucrative investment opportunities.
- Guide clients through the Kenyan property acquisition process, ensuring transparency and security.
- Negotiate effectively to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Community Engagement:
- Actively participate in events and online communities to connect with the African diaspora.
- Build strong relationships and address concerns regarding Kenyan real estate investments.
- Promote Roots Africa's services and the benefits of investing in Kenya.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Kenya.
- Assist in developing data-driven sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Prior exposure to sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Understanding of real estate investment needs.
- Passion for the Kenyan property market and a desire to empower clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in prospecting techniques and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
