You will play a key role in empowering Africans in the diaspora to invest in the Kenyan real estate market, connecting them with their heritage and building a secure future. Responsibilities:

You will support;

Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and connect with potential clients from the African diaspora seeking real estate investment opportunities in Kenya.
  • Build and nurture relationships through various channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct outreach and calls to understand client needs and aspirations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's unique financial goals and investment preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on Kenyan property market trends, pricing, and legalities.
  • Build trust and maintain ongoing communication throughout the entire sales process.

Sales & Deal Facilitation:

  • Present suitable real estate options that align with client needs and budget.
  • Collaborate with developers to secure lucrative investment opportunities.
  • Guide clients through the Kenyan property acquisition process, ensuring transparency and security.
  • Negotiate effectively to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Community Engagement:

  • Actively participate in events and online communities to connect with the African diaspora.
  • Build strong relationships and address concerns regarding Kenyan real estate investments.
  • Promote Roots Africa's services and the benefits of investing in Kenya.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay informed on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in Kenya.
  • Assist in developing data-driven sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Prior exposure to sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Understanding of real estate investment needs.
  • Passion for the Kenyan property market and a desire to empower clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in prospecting techniques and lead-generation strategies.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
