We are looking for you to join our dynamic team in the capacity of the Recruitment Specialist. This role is responsible for spearheading the end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition process and managing the recruitment team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to obtain staffing needs and create JDs
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, headhunting and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse and high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
- Undertake other HR generalist responsibilities as need be.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Specifications
- At least 4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or a similar role
- Experience working in a recruitment agency or a HR Consulting firm is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Experience in SME HR management and recruitment dynamics
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or a related field
- HR Qualification and IHRM membership
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High emotional intelligence and excellent people skills
- Experience in headhunting
