 Are you passionate about recruitment/Talent Acquisition and seeking to grow a career in recruitment/Talent Acquisition? We are looking for you to join our dynamic team in the capacity of the Recruitment Specialist. This role is responsible for spearheading the end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition process and managing the recruitment team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to obtain staffing needs and create JDs
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, headhunting and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse and high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
  • Undertake other  HR generalist responsibilities as need be.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required Specifications

  1. At least 4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or a similar role
  2. Experience working in a recruitment agency or a HR Consulting firm is highly desirable
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  4. Experience in SME HR management and recruitment dynamics
  5. A Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or a related field
  6. HR Qualification and IHRM membership
  7. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS),LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  10. High emotional intelligence and excellent people skills 
  11. Experience in headhunting
