Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling inquiries.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked.
  • Support various departments with administrative needs as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Diploma or equivalent in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Attributes:
