Position : Electrical Technician
We have an immediate opening for a highly-skilled Electrical Technician to service our mechanical operations throughout our facility.You will respond to requests for electrical repairs and breakdowns, as well as perform routine maintenance and upgrade equipment as necessary.
Candidates must know how to troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and make adjustments or repairs if they are not working properly.
We prefer applicants who have at least two years of professional technician experience and have a flexible schedule.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality2. Assemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment3. Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems4. Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted5. Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed6. Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule7. Log all services and report progress to management8. Utilize and store all equipment properly;
