Responsibilities.

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic communication channels, networking events, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business development and strategic communication.

General Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Social/Digital media marketing, including content creation.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales or marketing roles, preferably in the field of Public Relations/Communications or consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of strategic communication principles and public relation strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
