Responsibilities

Identifies and builds an active and valuable networks of Client relationships, managing delivery, retention and growth
Be a key point of contact for routine deliverables & requests of the client’s business, attending onsite days and owning all related client data requests and project briefs.
Be responsible for managing client briefs from start to finish i.e. – designing correct methodology, running the required analysis, adding interpretation and insight based on category knowledge, delivering back to the client.
Applying Knowledge and skills to Deliver Client Insights:
Integrate different information streams into results to provide broader business solutions than market research data
Demonstrates understanding of the business and commercial environment to exploit opportunities and promote profitability
Create and implement revenue planning process within account plans
Identify and action new business expansion within an existing or new client to drive revenue growth.
Working Effectively in a Multi- Cultural Environment to enhance client solutions and achieve best value for clients
Displays knowledge of the organization’s global offering; thinks beyond own and clients’ geographical boundaries

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalence, preferably in Science related field.
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
At least 4years’ relevant work experience in a Marketing/ Consumer Research / Advertising work environment.
Demonstrate evidence of developing leadership skills and the ability to motivate others particularly where the individual has some responsibility for workload management of other team members
Gather facts and figures, monitor self and others and achieve goals in a timely and factual manner.
Communicate effectively as well as demonstrate active listening whilst developing appropriate influencing skills.
Bring a sense of urgency to situations demonstrating an active approach, and a willingness to get involved to increase the pace, achieve goals and meet objectives.
Be flexible, tactful, friendly and sensitive to others, displaying good social and communication skills.
Take ownership of your self-development in completing and implementing your own Personal development plan (PDP), highlighting areas where further development is required.
Be systematic and organised.
Have a flexible approach in changing situations and be adaptable in difficult circumstances, continuously striving to achieve a result.
Proven ability to create and expand network of contacts within a business
Be curious, demonstrate a real desire to learn, seek out training opportunities and actively participate in meetings (both internal and external as appropriate)
