Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist at Techminds Technologies Limited. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as IT sales, lead generation, account management, and communication. The role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients to build strong relationships and understand their business and technology needs.
- Promoting Techminds products and services to allocated accounts and prospective clients.
- Collaborating with technical and presales engineers to develop client roadmaps and create bill of materials.
- Ensuring timely submission of quality proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Supporting high client satisfaction through proactive sales engagements.
- Contributing to account planning for strategic accounts and aligning sales strategy with company objectives.
- Driving the sales and presales cycles to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
- Achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate sales forecasting.
- Participating in departmental administrative functions and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.
Qualifications
- IT Sales and Information Technology skills
- Experience in lead generation and account management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the technology industry preferred
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
