Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as an In-House Recruiter This role will be responsible for overseeing our recruitment process, building a robust talent pipeline

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in recruitment and HR practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, employee data, and HR transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or within a recruitment agency.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and recruitment software/tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in conducting employee training sessions or workshops.
  • Familiarity with creating or updating HR policies and manuals
