Human Resource Officer at Bliss Healthcare
Job Summary
- The HR Officer is responsible of ensuring quality, efficient and proactive human resource support services within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation and benefits management: administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Leave management: ensuring leave plans for medical centres and Support office are in place and are implemented. Monthly leave utilization monitoring and reporting.
- Talent Acquisition: including sourcing, interviewing, selection of the best fit and onboarding.
- Disciplinary management: conduct disciplinary
- HRMS: Ensure full implementation on the HRMS in all HR functions.
- Performance management: coordinate employee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
- Membership of IHRM.
- At least 2 years of progressive relevant experience working as a HR Officer. Ability to work closely with other team members.
- Should have good knowledge of labour laws. Display effective advisory and influencing skills.
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
