Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulationsDevelop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial performance
Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, to senior management and stakeholders
Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with operational targets
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of business decisions on profitability and cash flow
Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end financial close processes
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for statutory reporting and compliance
Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the financial function of the company
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plusProven experience as a Finance Manager or a similar role in the tech sector
Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations
Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
Advanced knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
