Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Direct Sales Representative at Ngao Credit Ltd located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Direct Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting product training, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in sales and meeting sales targets
- Ability to provide product training
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Fluency in English and Swahili
- Prior experience in the finance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
