Max Child Care is a leading provider of childcare and home management services in Kenya. We are dedicated to providing families with qualified, trained, and reliable nannies, domestic managers, and other household staff.

We are seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a Client Services and Training Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and our female staff members are well-equipped for success.

  • Training:
    • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for nannies and domestic managers on various topics, including child development, first aid, CPR, safety protocols, household management techniques, and professional etiquette.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
    • Maintain accurate training records and reports.
  • Client Services:
    • Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their childcare and home management needs.
    • Match clients with the most suitable nannies and domestic staff based on their needs and preferences.
    • Coordinate interviews and handle all associated logistics.
    • Manage client expectations and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Support other team members as needed.
  • Experience working with families and understanding their childcare and home management needs.
  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.
  • Experience working with domestic staff is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
