What You will Do For Us
- Helping the system to maximize Return On Investment around partnerships and their activations, leveraging them as catalysts to accelerate our business growth.
- Brief, manage, and optimize the appointed activation agencies and other stakeholders working to deliver projects.
- Oversight of agency roster and selection to ensure strong relationships, good direction, diversity of skill sets and perspectives, and appropriate pricing (in partnership with procurement)
- Ensure the full integration and effectiveness of all strategy plan activities working in very close collaboration and partnership with the Category, Human Insights, and Frontline teams.
- Provide leadership, expertise, and direction to all aspects of the activations in collaboration with related teams.
- Develop and implement highly effective coordination and communication processes across all teams involved in different projects, both internally and externally leveraging the new The Coca-Cola Company Operating Model & Networking Organization
- Lead and steer the execution of global and local brand and passion point marketing strategies/concepts across all categories.
Role Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master desired
- 7 years of relevant business/marketing experience.
- Expertise in assets and experience in marketing. Deep knowledge of events, activations, and sponsorship
- High ability to implement complex brand experience projects and manage external relationships with critical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the Africa and culturally aware of differences and specificities across the country
- Ability to lead multiple external relationships.
- Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and develop large and multi-market teams
- Strong negotiation skills desirable
