 Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve the company’s objectives. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in both sales and marketing within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage key accounts, and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies and effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with major clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to understand and promote new products.

Marketing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Organize and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team.
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and market research techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
